About the Author

Dr. Henry W. Berry started his career in the United States Air Force after graduating from high school. After four years of military service he developed as a suitable computer technician and reputable basketball player that allowed him the opportunity to travel throughout the world.

Dr. Berry restarted his formal education at the University of Nebraska, Omaha, Nebraska, where he received a basketball scholarship and earned an associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. He advanced his education further by receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University, Nashville, TN. He holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University, and Doctoral degrees in both Theology and Philosophy from Emmanuel Theological Seminary, Nashville, TN.

Dr. Berry served in many leadership roles in the military, corporate world, education, and church environment. He has served as an educational panelist for the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Program. He presently serves on the board of New Vision Academy Charter School in Nashville, TN. He enjoys teaching Theology, Philosophy, and Christian Thought at Emmanuel Theological Seminary. He appreciates the opportunity to teach Cultural Influences at Trevecca Nazarene University.

Dr. Berry strongly believes it's never too later to grow and develop to the person you were meant to be as a leader. I have discovered that the more education you get, the more you find out what you don't.

Dr. Berry has a wife, two sons and three grandchildren. He enjoys reading, researching, writing, teaching, speaking, mentoring, fishing, and traveling.
